Warranties

Emlight Design: All other work carries a 90 day limited warranty unless different terms are specifically agreed upon before hand or stated specifically within this document. All parts carry manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year, unless refurbished by Emlight in which case the refurbished parts carry a 90 day warranty.

Terms and Conditions

Invoices are payable upon completion of all work and delivery of equipment. A 1.5% per month service charge will be added to all accounts not paid within 30 days from date on invoice. Purchaser will be liable for any legal expenses incurred for collection of delinquent invoices. Payment can be in Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, money order, cash, or the order may be financed. Orders must be placed via a signed purchase order, signed Intent to Purchase letter, or a credit card. A letter of credit from a legal Banking Institution within the United States of America and/or a letter of reference showing credit references is required for applying for Net 30 day accounts. Emlight Design reserves the right to withhold any and all performance on outstanding accounts which are not in full and timely compliance with the terms outlined above.

Pricing Errors

In the event a products price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Emlight Design shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Emlight Design will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect purchase.

Order Cancellation/Order Returns

In the event you cancel your order, Emlight Design shall charge a 25% order cancellation charge. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Emlight Design will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge less 25%.

All returned goods shall be in new and sellable condition or they will not be accepted.  A return goods number must be obtained or the shipment will be refused.  A restocking fee of 25% or what the equipment supplier charges Emlight Design, whichever is higher, shall be charged. If you paid with your credit card and your order is returned, Emlight Design will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge less 25%. Custom orders are not returnable nor cancelable.  Shipping charges are not refundable
