Most on site repairs can be effected in 2-4 hours of trouble shooting and actual repair work.  We are flexible in our times and will show up at your facility at 10 o’clock at night or at 6 in the morning on a Saturday.  We will do our best to accommodate you and you can rest assure that you are covered by a 90 day warranty. 

Whenever we can, we will drive to your facility, even if it is 4 hours away.  Beyond that flying begins to make more sense though we may pre-ship parts we may need.

A successful and quick on site repair depends on two important things: 1) That we are allowed complete access to the system from its power disconnect to its last control point, 2) that we are given an accurate description of the equipment types and the problem being experienced so we can bring what we need for the service repair.

Service Rendered During

Hourly Rate

- Any travel time in excess of 4 hours billed at $75.00 per hour in 0.25 hour increments
- Mileage is billed at $0.90 per mile
- Billing is calculated depot to job site round trip
- All expenses billed
- Central California 4 hour minimum charge and $50.00 a day per diem
- Northern California 6 hour minimum charge and $50.00 a day per diem
- Out of state 8 hour minimum charge and $50.00 a day per diem

What Else?

You do not need an equipment malfunction to call us.  We will gladly reprogram your Premiere architectural control system in your museum or provide basic training on that Strand 300 series console in your high school auditorium.

We also can meet with your maintenance people and describe a course of regular maintenance to perform on your dimmer system.  Or do it for you if you prefer.
